Following our recent appointment to support RivingtonHark, the UK’s leading independent specialist in urban regeneration, with its corporate PR and social media activity, we kicked off our work with the announcement of Ilan Goldman as Portfolio Director.
Ilan brings more than 30 years of experience to RivingtonHark, along with a strong track record of delivering value across shopping centre, mixed-use and regeneration projects.
His experience includes notable projects such as securing planning consent for the redevelopment of St John’s Shopping Centre in Preston into a modern mixed-use destination with 500 new homes, an NHS health hub and food and beverage space. He also led the successful delivery of a significant educational campus for Kendal College within Westmorland Shopping Centre, as part of a wider asset transformation programme.
At RivingtonHark, Ilan will support the continued expansion of the business’s retail asset management platform and its active pursuit of new shopping centre and mixed-use investment acquisitions.
To help maximise the impact of Ilan’s appointment, we worked closely with the RivingtonHark team to develop a targeted press strategy that ensured the news reached key audiences.
As a result, we secured coverage in leading international investment, real estate and retail media, and developed a social media post that generated strong engagement.
