It’s been a big year for our client Redevco at ONE James Street. The Leslie Jones Architecture designed redevelopment of Redevco’s landmark building in the heart of Marylebone has really caught the attention of the occupier community. It became the new flagship store for Puma shortly before Christmas. Then, following our recent appointment as retained UK PR agency for Redevco, Redwood had the pleasure of announcing the headquarters letting of M Core, signing through LCP UK, for 9,688 sq ft on the third floor of the building’s transformed office accommodation.
ONE James Street now comprises a flagship retail space at ground level, paired with 43,000 sq ft of contemporary Cat A office and amenity space over five floors, with exemplary sustainability considerations woven into its design, which is targeting WELL Platinum and BREEAM In Use (Excellent). The refurbishment includes a communal roof terrace and pavilion offering skyline views across London, alongside extensive biophilic design features. Office occupiers also benefit from collaboration space, a business lounge, bookable meeting rooms, a multi-faith room, gym facilities and end-of-trip amenities.
