While Third.i is well-established in Australia, its UK profile remained underdeveloped. As its strategic communications partner, we are helping to elevate the brand in the UK to support an ambitious development pipeline, aiming to deliver five UK projects in two years.

Our approach highlighted Third.i’s development pipeline, and extensive design team, to build credibility – as well their ability to transpose lessons from Australia to the UK. A key element was supporting the launch of Graphite Square, a transformative development with 155 homes and 80,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. With over 70% of residences sold ahead of completion, the project demonstrated Third.i’s ability to outperform the market in the competitive Nine Elms and Vauxhall areas
