Marble Arch BID
Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) play a vital role in transforming commercial areas by uniting businesses, property owners, and local authorities. As the media and PR partner for Marble Arch London BID, we help amplify its impact, supporting initiatives that strengthen both the business landscape and the local community. The BID serves around 200 businesses and organisations – ranging from offices and hotels to shops, restaurants, schools, and cultural venues.
We have promoted key events, from education walking tours to retail and hospitality openings. Our work has highlighted exhibitions celebrating Pride, the Platinum Jubilee and welcomed Paddington Bear to Connaught Village. Additionally, we have positioned the BID in national and local discussions on topics such as Covid-19 recovery, tax-free shopping, and the future of Oxford Street, while also managing crisis communications, including Westminster City Council’s Marble Arch Mound project.
We promoted a striking activation for the Coronation of King Charles III. A 16ft replica of St Edward’s Crown was installed at the Marble Arch monument, inviting visitors to engage through photos and a QR code providing insights into Marble Arch’s royal connections. Our strategic media outreach secured coverage in BBC News, Secret London, Planet Radio, Evening Standard, and Reuters, generating significant public interest and boosting footfall for local businesses.
Our ongoing efforts continue to enhance the BID’s visibility and contribute to a unified, influential voice for the Edgware Road and Marble Arch district.
