Circle Partnership
As a female-founded and owned business, we recognise both the need and the opportunity for greater gender diversity in the real estate workforce.
To drive meaningful change, we provide pro bono communication support to The Circle Partnership, the UK’s leading mentoring, development, and networking organisation for the built environment. Our primary focus is amplifying the impact of ‘The Circle Academy’ – a structured 12-month programme designed to mentor, train, and connect mid-level female talent. Each year, up to 100 partners participate in this initiative, which plays a crucial role in improving gender balance at senior leadership levels.
In addition to The Circle Academy, the partnership also runs:
- Development Circle: Proving individual and group coaching services, bespoke talent development solutions and ad hoc consultancy for businesses looking to support their mid-level talent in growing skills, confidence and connections.
- Mentoring Circle: Supporting businesses to maximise the benefits of mentoring through the design and delivery of bespoke internal mentoring programmes, and reverse mentoring initiatives. We also provide support in maximising the effectiveness of Women’s Networks.
