International real estate business, Pembroke, has announced the acquisition of Alramstrasse 14, a 16,500 sqm Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in southwest Munich.
Located less than four kilometers from Pembroke’s iconic Maximilianhöfe in the heart of Munich City Centre, this acquisition is the latest of four in the past eighteen months building on the business’ diversification strategy to strengthen its portfolio of residential, mixed-use and office properties in the world’s leading cities.
Pembroke is working with development manager, ehret+klein, and both are collaborating with local government and community stakeholders to transform the abandoned lot into a residential complex offering a wide range of lifestyle benefits.
The originally planned luxury condominiums are being converted into rental apartments adding to the supply of available housing in Munich’s metropolitan area.
