The start of 2026 saw us work with our client Marble Arch London BID after it was renewed for a third five-year term, securing over £5 million investment dedicated to business growth and placemaking.

Following a 69% voter turnout from its members, 95% voted in favour of renewing the BID, representing 91% by rateable value. The decision recognised the vital contribution the BID has played in positively contributing to the economic, community and neighbourhood of this richly diverse district.

Marble Arch London BID’s 2026-2031 Business Plan reflects the outcomes of conversations it has had with its members, communities and stakeholders from across the BID area and will see a range of new projects and services rolled out that foster an environment in which people can safely do business, shop, stay, relax, work, eat out, socialise, learn and live.

This includes a dedicated outreach service which will support rough sleepers into routes off the street and will ensure businesses have the tools they need to manage the impact of rough sleeping near their premises. A new sustainability exchange will also be launched to enable businesses and partners to showcase their work and share best practices with fellow members. Meanwhile, early-hours audits will be introduced to review waste arrangements and inspection regimes will focus on key routes from transport hubs.

A new partnership between hotels and learning disability charities will be set up to support employment opportunities, and hotel members will also benefit from new corporate networks to showcase the district’s outstanding hospitality sector. Finally, a new inter-agency retail crime action team will support the BID’s high street businesses in the fight against crime.

We helped Marble Arch London BID secure media coverage across placemaking and London media, include The London Standard.
