Global Holdings Management Group announced that it has let almost 16,000 sq ft of workspace to two tech companies at its 210 Pentonville Road office scheme in central London.
Centre for the Governance of AI and web platform ON24 have let 10,000 sq ft and 5,271 sq ft of workspace on 3-year and 10-year leases respectively to occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building.
Sitting on the eastern fringe of the King’s Cross regeneration area, 210 Pentonville Road is designed for innovative creative businesses looking to expand their presence in London. Under the management of Global Holdings Management Group, the building has been fitted with common areas to support collaboration and employee wellbeing, as well as the introduction of a new shower and cycling amenity to help promote active travel.
