We were proud to support the launch of BPS Purestone – a new disruptor real estate platform within Central London’s constrained office market.
Working with founders Mahir Vachani, Rishi Khurana, & Rohan Jhaveri, Redwood promoted the launch of the platform through the purchase of 85 Tottenham Court Road – as well as the firm’s plans to retrofit and upgrade the asset to modern leasing standards. The announcement was covered in Green Street News, EG, CoStar, and BE News, and was followed by an extended profile by BisNow’s global team – which discusses the platform’s investment objectives for 2027/28, as well as its diverse capital stack and fundraising approach.
As the Central London market evolves, Redwood is seeing a rapid influx of new, often external, capital into the UK – driven by London’s reputation as a safe haven for investors and a conviction in stable returns available from core assets.
